What we collect

When you contact us through the enquiry form on this website, we collect the information you choose to send us:

• Your email address
• Your business name (if you provide one)
• The content of the message you write

We don't ask for, or collect, any other personal information through this website.

How we use it

We use your details for one purpose: to reply to your enquiry and, if you become a client, to deliver the website design, build or care work you've engaged us for. That's it — no marketing lists, no newsletters you didn't ask for.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your information. We do not share it with third parties for marketing or any other purpose. Your enquiry is transmitted and stored by the service providers that run this website and our email — our website hosting provider and our email provider — purely so that the message can reach us. Those providers may store the data on servers outside New Zealand. Beyond that, the only people who see your enquiry are the people at AP Websites responsible for replying and, where relevant, delivering your project.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as is reasonable to follow up on a conversation or, where you become a client, for the duration of our working relationship plus a short period afterwards for our own records. If your enquiry doesn't lead to a project, we generally remove it within twelve months.

Access, correction and deletion

You can ask us at any time for a copy of the information we hold about you, to have it corrected if it's wrong, or to have it deleted. Email info@apwebsites.co.nz with your request and we'll action it within 20 working days.
